We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the point of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, in tags and its original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, first please email hello@nightmarenookbooks.co.uk with details of the issue and evidence of purchase. We will investigate, and if a return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the condition and contact us immediately if the item is in any way defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluable the issue and resolve for you.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons. Custom products or commissions are also ineligible for return. Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item(s).
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, you will need to return the original and make a separate order for its replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return item(s), and will let you know the outcome of if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days unless advised otherwise.
